Overflow shares are a way for Hungry Dog Farm to capitalize on peak season, usually from mid-July to first frost in October. During this time, we typically have an overabundance of many crowd favorites, including tomatoes, peppers, eggplant, leafy greens, summer squash, and much more! Our CSA waitlist is offered overflow shares as they become available.
What You Get: A full share of veggies and herbs, plus a gorgeous bouquet of flowers every week if you sign up for flowers.
How It's Different from a Normal Share: Overflow shares are made up of the crops we have in most abundance, so you won't get to hand-select your items like in our usual share. However, we will make sure you get a nice variety of goodies/more than your money's worth!
When and How to Pick Up: Rather than picking up on Wednesdays during farm stand time, you'll pick up on Thursday morning or after from the farm fridge. Your share will be pre-packed for your convenience.
